Board Members
Phil has over 30 years experience in the infrastructure construction industries. He holds advanced degrees in engineering and has international expertise across planning, negotiation and execution of design, build and maintenance projects. A former Executive Board Member of Travis Perkins PLC and Mouchel PLC, leading the £400m Keyline Group and £350m Infrastructure Groups.
Anthony is the founder of the Company. He has diversified his portfolio of interests to include bitumen production, aragonite mining as well as marina, commercial and residential real estate in the USA, Europe and the Caribbean. Anthony remains Chairman of the BHM Group of Companies including Chairman of Mowlem UK Ltd.
Ebbe joined BHM in 2000; a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in the civil construction Industry including marine, airport and major highways. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and General Contractor in the Bahamas. Ebbe has been the key leader in the growth of BHM globally for the past 20 years transforming it into a quality Civil Engineering organization.
Executive Leadership
Bruce is a construction and engineering specialist with over 20 years experience in the design, planning and execution of airport, road and rail projects. He has played critical roles in infrastructure projects worth over $4.6 billion, including 25+ projects / $2 billion within aviation, 10+ projects / $700 million within rail, and 30+ projects / $3 billion within road and highways. Bruce has been involved in projects across 20 countries on 4 continents, bringing instrumental knowledge in the technical delivery of highly complex infrastructure developments within developing economies.
Over the last 15 years Darin has worked extensively throughout Africa, Asia, North & South America, Europe & the UK in various Finance & Senior Management roles. Most recently Darin was the Regional MD for EQUAN’s NI, responsible for c£50m p.a. of public sector projects for over 7 years; prior to that Darin was the Financial Controller for Randox Laboratories (working through Asia / North & South America / Europe) and Finance Manager for PW Mining International in Mali & Burkina Faso, responsible for all Financial Controls & Business Support for those regions.
Adrian is an internationally experienced finance manager with specialist knowledge of the African region having worked for a Civil Engineering and Mining company in Ghana. Whilst at PW Mining International in Ghana, Adrian was the company’s Finance Manager, reporting directly to the Board. He was solely responsible for the control of all financial matters within the company ultimately responsible for a payroll of 1,000+ employees. At Mowlem, Adrian is responsible for arranging Project Financing for all Mowlem UK Projects.

Nathan is the Financial Controller at Mowlem, bringing over 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting across Practice, FMCG, Mining, and Construction industries in regions including the UK, West Africa, and Asia. In recent years, Nathan served as Finance Manager at PW Mining in Côte d’Ivoire, reporting directly to senior management at their Ghana head offices. At Mowlem, he oversees financial reporting and cash management for the company’s worldwide operations.
Eloise is the Business Services Administrator at Mowlem, with expertise in HR and recruitment. Since joining the company in 2024, she has supported a wide range of functions including HR queries, recruitment, travel, finance, and the development and maintenance of company records. Eloise recently completed her CIPD Level 3 qualification and particularly enjoys recruitment and policy work. She is currently supporting the implementation of Mowlem’s new HRIS, which will enhance workflows and streamline recruitment for the team.
Laura brings over a decade of experience in people and operational management to her role as Head of Business Services. With a strong background spanning HR, IT and Facilities, she is passionate about creating efficient, supportive environments that enable teams to thrive.
Laura combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise across key business functions where she will lead the Business Services team, overseeing HR, Logistics (including visas), Insurance, IT and Facilities — continuing to drive excellence and cohesion across these vital areas.
Leslie is a business development leader with international experience across sectors, such as hospitality, security and engineering services. My career has been defined by setting up new companies, driving strategic growth, building high-impact partnerships, and leading business mobilisation initiatives in complex global markets. With a strong focus on operational readiness and market entry strategies, I bring a unique blend of industry insight and cross-cultural expertise to help organizations expand their footprint and unlock new opportunities worldwide.
