On Saturday, 30th November 2024, Mowlem proudly supported the annual charity ride organized by The Angry Bikers, a mountain biking group in Ghana, as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.
The Angry Bikers, who regularly explore off-road trails around Accra, Aburi, and Akosombo, made their yearly tradition of giving back to the local communities along their routes a meaningful occasion. This year, they selected a small village located behind the University of Ghana’s Vice Chancellor’s residence.
The village, home to 12 households and around 15 children, warmly welcomed the group, as they always do when the riders pass through. This time, the cyclists brought food, drinks, and toys to share with the community, expressing gratitude for the support and hospitality they’ve received over the years.
BHM also joined the presentation, making the event a true collaborative effort. The smiles and excitement from the children as they received the gifts were a heartwarming reminder of the impact small acts of kindness can have.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success! For high-resolution images or further details, please feel free to reach out.
Together, we continue to build a stronger connection with the community
