We are committed to providing education and nurturing the next generation. One of our initiatives is supporting scholars from The Bahamas to take up study opportunities at Chevening, the UK government’s international scholarships and fellowships programme.
In the year Chevening celebrated its 40th anniversary, we sponsored a record number of scholars from The Bahamas to study for their Master’s degrees in the UK.
There has been a rapid rise in the number of future leaders taking up scholarships with Chevening as British High Commissioner Thomas Hartley is committed to increasing educational links with the UK. He commented: “I’m extremely grateful to Tony Myers and Ebbe Saidi for buying into our vision.”
